WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY ORDER HASN'T BEEN DELIVERED YET?
1. Read Shipping Policy to check your estimated delivery date.

2. If your estimated delivery date has passed and you haven’t received your shipping notification, contact our Customer Care Team.
3. How can I track my parcel?
As soon as we start packing your order, we will send you a shipment confirmation email with the delivery information and a link to track your order online. Please noted that the email may accidentally go to junk mail.
You will also be able to track your order under ‘MY ORDERS’ when you log in at My Account.
